It is with pleasure that we announce that the offer of €2,000,000 secured callable Bonds issued by Horizon Finance plc and guaranteed by Middletown Investments Limited has closed.
Interest on the Bonds at the rate of 5% per annum shall commence on the 15th March 2019 and shall be payable annually in arrears on the 15th March of each year with the first interest payment falling due on the 15th March 2020.
Horizon Finance plc is a subsidiary of Zircon Capital wherein Zircon Capital holds, indirectly, 50% of the shares in issue within the Company.
